Allrecipes Dinner Spinner puts fun into finding recipes by providing a random one when you shake your device. You can also browse other recipes, search and filter them, save your favorites, and quickly add ingredients to the shopping list.
Search for something savory. The app offers a nice selection of dishes, complete with star ratings right on the main screen. There is a search feature if you are in the mood for a specific type of dish. You can also use a handy filter to search for recipes with or without specific ingredients, by certain dietary needs, or by preparation time. The results you receive from searching are sortable by relevance, rating, and popularity.
Select something succulent. Once you find a recipe that looks great, just select it to view all of the details. You have the option to adjust the number of servings, can view the nutritional information, and can find out which ingredients are on sale nearby if you enable your location. With a tap, you can add all of the recipe’s ingredients to the app’s shopping list. There are reviews, comments, and similar dishes to check out as well.
Spin to win. The app offers a feature to provide you with new ideas called a Dinner Spinner. Just shake your device and when the spinner stops, you will see the dish type, ingredients, and preparation time ready for you. Then just tap to check out the recipes available for those three categories. This is a nifty way to find something fresh and exciting for your next meal.
