Based upon the guidelines set by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), List Assist helps ensure you are lifting the correct weight for your goals (plus having the correct recovery time too)!
Simply perform one set using your normal weight, enter the details into List Assist, and find out what weight you should really be lifting.
As a simple example: If you were bench-pressing 30kg for 12 reps, then you could really be lifting almost 37kg instead! Perform the next set using the new weight. When you're finished, start the recovery timer, readjust your weight and reps, and repeat!
See your results at the gym improve once you're lifting the weight you should be!
