Meditation&Me is a collection of master classes for meditation. It's a platform for the world's meditation schools led by the world's meditation experts.

We will be releasing a new course / pack every month.

So far we have 4 packs and courses. We will be releasing a course on Taoism in the next two weeks.

1. A Mindful Way Through Anxiety course led by Dr. Bob Stahl

Dr. Bob Stahl has founded seven MBSR programs throughout the US. He is a Senior Teacher for Oasis Institute for Mindfulness-Based Professional Education and Training at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, HealthCare, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is also co-author of 5 books like A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook for Anxiety.

2. Compassion pack led by Dr. Paul Gilbert and friends

Dr. Gilbert is professor at the University of Derby, and is the author of The Compassionate Mind, Mindful Compassion among many others. He is also the creator of Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and the founder of The Compassionate Mind Foundation.

3. Self Compassion pack led by Dr. Kristin Neff

Dr. Kristin Neff is an expert in the Insight Meditation tradition. She also has decades of experience in researching self-compassion in an academic capacity. In affiliation with the Harvard Medical School and colleague Chris Germer, she founded an 8 week program on developing the skill of mindfulness and compassion called Mindful Self-Compassion.

4. Mindfulness pack led by Dr. Joe Flanders and friends

Dr. Joe Flanders is the founder and director of MindSpace. He is a clinical psychologist and assistant professor in the McGill University Psychology Department.

At MindSpace, he offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to individuals, groups, and organizations.
