Fruit Ninja Now Has Full Game Center Support With Leaderboards And Achievements

September 29, 2010
It was less than two weeks ago that we reported about Fruit Ninja gaining Game Center multiplayer abilities. Today marks another notable step forward for Fruit Ninja and Game Center integration. Fruit Ninja v1.4.1 adds Game Center based leaderboard and achievements to the feature list. There are 24 achievements to earn, totaling 890 points. You also get the chance to attempt to be the top chopper in four global leaderboards: Classic Mode, Zen Mode, Total Fruit Score, and Multiplayer Victories. Fruit Ninja still contains OpenFeint integration, and you can use one, the other, or even both. Both offerings have the same achievements and leaderboards but you may still have different friends on each network. Halfbrick has also worked on fine tuning multiplayer matching and other Game Center tweaks. The team had this to conclude their update description.
