Curious Case Claims To Be Designed For "iPhone 5G," Features Space For Redesigned Flash

A curious new iPhone case - which claims to be designed for the "iPhone 5G" - has recently appeared on Alibaba. The case appears to fit an iPhone with a thinner bezel, and also includes another space alongside the camera hole - most likely for a redesigned flash.

Interestingly, while we've heard rumors suggesting that the fifth generation iPhone will feature a bigger screen (made possible by an edge to edge display and thinner bezel), we have not yet heard any mention of a redesigned flash. However, we have heard that Sony may be producing the camera for the next iPhone, and that the quality of the upcoming handset's camera will be much improved. Sony CEO Howard Stringer let this slip during an interview a while back. Perhaps the redesigned flash forms part of an improved camera, which will debut with the iPhone 5? Obviously, we don't know if these cases are even legit, but they are nonetheless interesting. We'll keep you posted on all the iPhone 5 related news as it happens.
