Former TweakWeek developer Filippo Bigarella has recently released FlashLock - a tweak that allows users to activate the iPhone's flash light from the Lock screen. The tweak is as simple as it is handy. After adding Filippo's source to Cydia ("http://filippobiga.me/repo"), search for the package - "FlashLock" - and download it for free. Following this, a double-press of the Home button will reveal the option to switch the flash light on, as you can see below. As mentioned, the tweak is currently available to download from Filippo's repository only - however, according to iPhone Download Blog, it will be available in other repositories soon. Check out FlashLock, and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
