If you were worried iOS 5 might destroy the universal Dropbox app, worry not - because the application in question recently received a small update, fixing iOS 5 compatibility issues. Now, the app works better than ever with iOS 5, which is great news for iOS device owning Apple fans!
As outlined in the app's release notes, the only change made in the latest version of Dropbox (1.4.4) is:
Dropbox had our documents in the cloud long before Apple's iCloud service did. In fact, Dropbox's service is so good, Apple reportedly attempted to purchase the company for a massive $800 million. The recently updated Dropbox app is available to download in the App Store for free, and as mentioned, it's fully compatible with iOS 5. Take a look at it, and let us know if you're a Dropbox fan in the comments.
