Apple Event This Month About iBooks And Publishing

We told you about that Apple event coming to New York this January, but we weren’t really sure what to expect. However, we did enjoy your theories in the comments.
As we reported, the event will not be about hardware at all, but definitely about something media-related. It seems this Apple event in the Big Apple will be about iBooks and ePublishing, reports Techcrunch.
Like Alexia (of Techcrunch) said: a way to remove Newsstand from our iPhones would be a much welcomed ability for every user. I know I’m sick of the hiding it in a folder “hack.”
Or possibly we’ll get iBooks for Mac — now, that would be great for some occasions.
