Rage HD Gets Updated: Adds Mutant Bash Store, In-App Purchasing

Rage HD ($1.99) has recently received an update, adding a "Mutant Bash Store" that offers users two new episodes (both are available via a single in-app purchase for $1.99). The update also adds support for Apple's HDMI output cable, iOS 5 and improved support for the VGA and component cables under iOS 5.
