Coinciding with the premiere of "Men In Black 3" on my side of the planet, and just a couple of days before its release across the rest of the world, the launch of the official iOS game based on the anticipated blockbuster is now upon us. Developed by Gameloft in collaboration with Sony Pictures, Men In Black 3 for iOS is not quite the action adventure game you might be expecting from an action adventure film franchise. Instead of a straightforward running, fighting, or shooting game, what awaits you in Men In Black 3 is a time and resource management game. It's not at all a bad thing, but if it's the former type of game you're looking for, you're probably better off downloading Gameloft's other Men In Black 3 game for non-iOS mobile phones. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. Earlier this month, Gameloft released the above video labeled as a teaser for Men In Black 3. However, a voiceover claimed that the footage was "not the official Men In Black 3 game by Gameloft," but rather "just an experiment." But lo and behold, the actual Men In Black 3 looks exactly as depicted in the "fake" teaser. In the game, you're charged to run your own MIB agency alongside Agent K, Agent O, and the self-described best ever agent, Frank the Pug. With the optional $1.99 aid of the progress-boosting T-Pulse, you have to protect both present and past New Yorkers against the evil Radiant's extraterrestrial threats. You can even call on your Facebook or Gameloft Live! friends to help you out. Men In Black 3 is available now in the App Store for free. Download it now and prepare to kick some alien butt, one time and resource management task at a time.
