To-do list app Fetchnotes has partnered with cloud storage provider Box.net for a great offer.
Users who backup their Fetchnotes to the service will received 25GB of free storage, which is more than five times what is offered in the normal plan and a lot more than Dropbox’s standard 2GB.
And along with receiving the extra-large storage account, users will also be able to give out more 25GB storage accounts to friends and family.
Here’s a quick video about the partnership. Click here if you can’t see the video.
Along with being sure that your lists are safe and secure, users can also choose three different formats for the backups - .txt, .csv, and JSON.
Fetchnotes hit the App Store in April. While there are a huge amount of to-do and note-taking apps available, Fetechnotes distinguishes itself with the use of hashtags. If you’ve ever used Twitter, the concept is pretty much the same. Once you’ve entered enough notes, you can search by hashtag or tap on a hashtag on the bottom of the screen to bring up all the applicable notes.
You can also send notes by email, text message, or desktop widget.
Fetchnotes is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch but is compatible with the iPad. It can be downloaded free in the App Store.
