Digital Comics App Madefire Is On Fire With New Universal Update
September 29, 2012
Digital comic book publisher Madefire is reinforcing its mission of spreading the habit of short-burst "motion book" reading with the latest update to its namesake app.
Launched last June as an iPad-only app, Madefire has just been updated with universal support. Now, Madefire is also compatible with iPhone and iPod touch. What's more, the app is already optimized for the iPhone 5 and the third-generation iPod touch's four-inch display.
The updated app also has iOS 6 support, which includes single sign-on through Facebook. It also has a new brightness control in its settings menu.
Furthermore, a new feed section is newly introduced in Madefire. This features "making of" stories and sneak peeks of upcoming releases.

- "Captain Stone is Missing…" Chapter 1
- "The Engine" Episode 1
- "Houses of the Holy" Episode 1
- "The Irons" Episode 1
- "MONO" Episode 1
- "Treatment: Tokyo" Episode 1
- "Treatment: Mexico City" Episode 1 and Episode 2
As a content creator, I am excited to bring my new stories and characters to iPhone and iPod touch users around the world via the Madefire app.The new, universal version of Madefire is available now in the App Store for free. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
