SCVNGR is now offering new customers $5 to LevelUp. In addition, the company has announced that their unique mobile payment service is now available in 25 cities. Initially launched in 2011, LevelUp offers customers a way to make purchases on their iPhone. In addition, it hands out first-time visit specials such as discounts, and other incentives.
