Simple And Elegant Creativity App Moleskine Journal Goes Universal
September 28, 2012
Just a month after its launch as an iPad-only app, Moleskine Journal has been updated to be compatible with iPhone and iPod touch as well.
In addition, the app has been enhanced with an improved drawing engine and a number of bug fixes.
But apparently not included in these fixes is a solution to the app's issue with page thumbnail navigation. Not to worry, though, as this bug is said to be specific to iOS 6 and will be squashed in the app's upcoming iOS 6 update.
The development team behind Moleskine Journal also has this to say about what's in store for the app:
While we launched with a journal more fit for creativity, we are currently working on refining note-taking with the features that we know you want: wrist protection, zoom in for handwriting, PDF compatibility and more. This will be out very soon with more features and updates added on a regular basis.Moleskine Journal for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad is available in the App Store for free. Note that the app appears to be not yet optimized for the taller screen of the iPhone 5. This shortcoming is expected to be attended to in a future update. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
