Tinker With Gizmos And Gadgets Galore As You Assemble An Army Of Robot Buddies In Gizmonauts

October 27, 2012
Having taught you how to train your dragons with DragonVale for over a year now, Backflip Studios is set to teach you how to assemble your robots in Gizmonauts. "Since we were little kids," Backflip Studios maintains, "we've all dreamed of a distant future filled with amazing, lovable robots." Well, according to the popular game developer, that future is now. Backflip Studios explains that it "wanted to capture in a mobile game the emotional connection found between humans and robots" exemplified by our favorite sci-fi movies, TV shows, and books. And the result is the recently released Gizmonauts game for iOS. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. Just like DragonVale, Gizmonauts is essentially a collecting game. But instead of some cute mythical monsters, what you'll be collecting in Gizmonauts are cute little robots. The game tasks you in growing your collection of different robots while expanding your intergalactic space station in the process. As well, it prompts you to upgrade your robots with gizmo attachments and even create hybrid models from your collection. And to make things more exciting, Gizmonauts includes robot competitions, where you can pit your real-steel robots against others. Polished with impressive 3-D graphics and animations, Gizmonauts is available now in the App Store as a free-to-play universal game. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
