Tune In And Turn Up The Volume On TuneWiki Lyrics 4.1
October 7, 2012
TuneWiki Lyrics has just received its first ever update. That is, this is its first ever update since its relaunch in the App Store a couple of months ago.
TuneWiki began as a popular jailbroken app. But it eventually gained traction as a legitimate iOS app when it debuted in the App Store in July 2009. Then, last August, it was re-released as TuneWiki Lyrics, specifically TuneWiki Lyrics 4.0.
TuneWiki Lyrics 4.0 was effectively the same lyrically inclined music app, except that it was dramatically redesigned.
And now, TuneWiki Lyrics 4.1 is here. Of course, it still offers the features that were either introduced or improved in TuneWiki Lyrics 4.0:
But TuneWiki Lyrics 4.1 does add a few improvements of its own. First, TuneWiki Lyrics 4.1 brings full screen lyrics. That means you can now choose between seeing lyrics superimposed on their corresponding album art or seeing them in full screen. Just tap on the album art with lyrics view to enable full screen lyrics. Second, the new version of the app brings lyric search. "Looking for a lyric to share?" teases the app's changelog, "Now you can use search to find it." And lastly, re-sharing of photos posted by other users are now supported in TuneWiki Lyrics. The new version of TuneWiki Lyrics is available now in the App Store for free. It is designed for iPhone and iPod touch, but it is currently not yet optimized for the iPhone 5 and the fifth-generation iPod touch. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
