Updated Savi Contacts Makes It Easier To Remember Birthdays

The impressive Savi People has recently been updated with new features to go along with iOS 6 support and iPhone 5 optimization.
Probably the best improvement is the Birthday Minder add-on. Available as a $0.99 in-app purchase, the feature is integrated within the app and gives users a subtle reminder with badges for upcoming birthdays of contacts. Version 1.4 of the app also has improved performance and the ability to batch delete.
We first mentioned Savi People when it was introduced earlier this year. Along with the very strong contact organization features, the app adds an interesting layer of social networking to the mix. After your contacts are imported, you can view their social networking profiles and communicate directly though the app. You can also send emails, SMS, and iMessages without having to leave Savi People.
Developer MobileLife Studio also recently released a free version of the app, Savi Contacts. Version 1.1 of that app features all of the improvements that its big brother received. While Savi Contacts is in the same vein of Savi People, users wanting the social networking features can upgrade to the paid app or receive the ability to sync with Facebook only for a $0.99 in-app purchase.
Savi People and Savi Contacts are both made for the iPhone/iPod touch and compatible with the iPad. Savi People is available for $1.99 in the App Store while Savi Contacts is free.
