In the new version of Skylanders Lost Islands, you can expect to land some free holiday items, which are available for a limited time only. As well, you can take advantage of the new holiday-themed community building and the upcoming holiday sales in the in-game store. Aside from all that holiday stuff, the updated Skylanders Lost Islands also brings a couple of important fixes. One is the game's optimization for play on iPhone 4, 4S, and 5 as well as on iPod touch 4th gen and 5th gen. The other is the game's elimination and prevention of the "stuck in use" problem that has plagued some Skylanders. Skylanders Lost Islands developer Activision assures that "any Skylanders currently in this state will become selectable and ready for adventure!" Skylanders Lost Islands is available in the App Store as a free-to-play game. Skylanders Battlegrounds and Skylanders Cloud Patrol, both of which involve a lot of shooting instead of a lot of building, are also available for $6.99 and $0.99, respectively.
