PowerSketch Gets A New Look, iPhone 5 Optimization And More

Last updated in spring, Wondershare Software's artistic photo and video effects app, PowerSketch, has been lacking support for the four-inch Retina display. Today, that situation has finally been resolved in addition to a revamped user interface, the introduction of new effects, and more. When expanding the UI to fit the iPhone 5 and fifth generations iPod touch's larger screen, Wondershare decided to do some cosmetic changes. Further embracing the "sketch" theme, PowerSketch v2.0 exhibits the look of a drawing notebook. The revised appearance is complete with binder rings and a brown leather color along with a few alterations to button icons. Wrapping up the update are two sharing option enhancements. One is the addition of Instagram to the list of integrated social networks and the other is improvements to the collage module. PowerSketch is designed for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 4.3 or later, and available in the App Store for $0.99.
