SlideShark, one of the most comprehensive ways to view, present, and share PowerPoint presentations on iOS devices, has received a major update.
Most importantly, the app is now integrated with both EMC’s Syncplicity and Google Drive. Syncplicity is a corporate-leaning cloud storage system that features strong IT policy enforcement measures like remote wiping.
With the Google Drive support, users can import presentations directly from the service.
The app also recently added support for Box.net and Dropbox.
Also in version 2.2 of the app, users can replace outdated content with the most recent information while still maintaining all the correct data and analytics about the presentation.
Presentations can now be downloaded up to five times faster, and both internal and external hyperlinks are also supported.
SlideShark is a universal app designed for both the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad. It can be downloaded in the App Store now.
A free account for individuals includes 100MB of storage for presentations. Users can upgrade to SlideShark Plus for more storage and detailed reporting on presentations shared and viewed online. There is also a paid team edition for corporate users that allows multiple users to edit and create presentations.
More information about SlideShark can be found on its website.
