AppAdvice has teamed up with Linden Research, the latest AppAdvice Daily podcast sponsor, in order to offer you a chance to win one of five promo codes for Creatorverse ($4.99) for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. In what appears to be a children's painting app is actually a unique 2-D sandbox game. Using line and shape tools, you'll first draw a scene or object, such as a car jumping a ramp or a pinball machine, then bring it to life by adjusting physics attributes like density, friction, and rotation. Not only can you connect objects and create interactions that cause motion through gravity, inertia, energy conversion, and so on, it's also possible to utilize teleporters and other non-mechanical devices. Due to the almost endless possibilities, Linden easily allows the Creatorverse inventors to come together to share and improve ideas. Gadgets, gizmos, contraptions, etc that are published to the community section can be freely played with and modified. Once a creation is publicized, it competes for the most views and likes. Basically, the Creatorverse is a fun free-for-all, although, there's certainly satisfaction for a well executed idea. If you're intrigued and want a personal look, download the viewer-only Creatorverse Lite now from the App Store for free.
