Make Faces With More Colors And Styles In Newly Updated iMadeFace
February 21, 2013
Currently, iMadeFace occupies the 13th spot in the Top Free iPhone Apps chart in the U.S. App Store. Previously, though, it reached the number one spot in the same App Store chart in the U.S. and in more than 40 other countries. How it managed to accomplish this feat is not really surprising. That is, seeing as iMadeFace is a simply fun app that offers lots of customization options for, well, making a face.
And thanks to its latest update, iMadeFace is now offering more customization options. These include more skin colors and over 60 additional facial elements and hair styles. Also, iMadeface now lets you change the pupil color.
When my colleague Kathryn featured iMadeFace for her Quirky App of the Day series, she noted the impressive variety the app offers:
There are literally dozens of styles under each category. Each of these styles can be changed into a wide range of colors. I’m not a math whiz, but even I know that all those styles and colors add up to a huge array of images to create. In fact, if you want more content, you can purchase three extra packs [in-app] for $0.99 each.Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later, the latest version of iMadeFace is available now in the App Store for free.
