Plan Your Day In A More Fun And Active Way With Any.DO Moment
February 21, 2013
Any.DO, the iOS to-do app that began as a successful Android app, has just received a significant update. Indeed, the update introduces one of the more "momentous" changes to come to the app in the form of Any.DO Moment.
Any.DO Moment is a new feature that allows you to "play with your day."
To enable this feature, just go to the app's setting section and specify the days and time you want Any.DO Moment to set your day in motion.
Every time Any.DO Moment is activated, it shows your existing tasks one at a time and lets you decide how to act on each task.
If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here.
For each task, you can let Any.DO know that you plan to act on it today or later. Either way, the app prompts you to indicate at what time later in the day or in the near future you intend to deal with the task. Otherwise, you can just mark the task as done or delete it entirely.
Having given it a go, I must say that I'm liking Any.DO Moment. I find it quite "encouraging" in my handling of tasks, from paying my Internet bill to taking a bath to watching the latest episode of "Girls."
In addition to Any.DO Moment, recurring reminders have been added to the app. So has support for displaying to-dos emailed to do@any.do.
Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or later, Any.DO is available in the App Store for free.
