AppAdvice Game Of The Year Awardee Tilt To Live Set To Get 'Redonkulous' Sequel
March 23, 2013
AppAdvice's 2010 Game of the Year is finally getting a sequel this year.
That's right. The highly addictive, tilt-driven survival game Tilt to Live is getting a sequel. And according to Tilt to Live creator One Man Left, the sequel is going to be Redonkulous.
No kidding. That's apparently the title of the upcoming game. As indicated in the logo above, the game is going to be called Tilt to Live 2: Redonkulous.
Well, redonkulous or not (although I'm really hoping for the former), I'm delighted to know that a sequel to one of my favorite iOS games is already in development — "very early in production," as One Man Left puts it.
One Man Left teases that Tilt to Live 2 will feature "new weapons, prettier graphics, a brand new scoring system, and the color red."
"We also plan on rubbing your friends’ high scores in your face a little harder," the studio adds.
If you're as excited as I am about the game, you should sign up for One Man Left's mailing list to be notified as soon as Tilt to Live 2 is released. You can also look out for updates on One Man Left's blog, Twitter timeline, and Facebook page.
Tilt to Live 2: Redonkulous is already the third game from One Man Left. The first was, of course, Tilt to Live and the second was the turn-based strategy game Outwitters, which was released last year.
Tilt to Live for iPhone and Tilt to Live HD for iPad are available in the App Store for $2.99 and for free, respectively. Outwitters is also available in the App Store as a free universal game.
