Combine Pictures To Guess The Word In New Pictionary-Style Game Pic Combo

At the moment, the word guessing game 4 Pics 1 Word is at the ninth spot in the U.S. App Store's top free apps chart. Indeed, the game has become a huge hit. And now, its creator is looking to replicate its success with a new similar game called Pic Combo.
If you already know how to play 4 Pics 1 Word, then you'll be right at home playing Pic Combo. That's because Pic Combo's interface is all but identical to 4 Pics 1 Word's.
And if you're familiar with Pictionary, then you'll have no trouble playing Pic Combo. That's because Pic Combo is essentially another variation on the popular word guessing game.
Pic Combo challenges you to solve a supposedly endless series of Pictionary puzzles. In each puzzle, you have to guess the correct word or phrase based on two stock photos that depict two different words.
For example, in the screenshot above, one photo shows candy while the other photo shows a date. Put them together and you get … candidate!
The first few puzzles are, unsurprisingly, quite easy to solve. But the latter ones may occasionally stump you. In that case, you can use one or both of the game's two hint items. One removes letters from the board, while the other fills in a correct letter for you.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, Pic Combo is available now in the App Store for free. In-app purchases are offered in Pic Combo for additional hints.
