Popular fitness app RunKeeper has just been updated with two major improvements.
First up, version 3.2 of the app makes it easier to track your progress over time. Users can visualize how frequently they work out to build healthy habits. And the new Lifetime Insights feature offers detailed analytics regarding lifetime mileage, pace, activity, and distance breakdown.
The new version also features a revamped start screen designed to make it easier to log activities and share runs with friends. With the new Input menu, users can swipe left to add a weight measurement and an indoor or old activity. The RunKeeper Live function also can broadcast a workout to Facebook and Twitter.
Just last month, the fitness app was updated to add a new Night Mode and a set of weight logging and visualization tools.
RunKeeper is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch. It can be downloaded in the App Store now for free.
