Great news, Final Fantasy fans. Square Enix has recently announced that a brand new Final Fantasy Tactics game for mobile devices is in the works, called Final Fantasy Tactics S. Though no information concerning a potential release date has yet been announced, fans of the franchise have the option of registering their interest online. The news first hit the Web at Square Enix's Japanese website, where the forthcoming application is described as a "social" game, and a spin off, of sorts, from the Ivalice Alliance series. Final Fantasy Tactics S is said to feature races, jobs, and monsters similar to those of Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift, the 2008 Nintendo DS title. Final Fantasy Tactics S will be available for both iOS and Android. We'll keep you posted with further information on the upcoming application as we receive it.
