Google+ For iOS Says Hi To Notable New Features And Bye To Hangouts

The official iOS app of Google's social networking site, Google+, has received another update that adds a number of notable features.
A couple of months ago, the Google+ iOS app received a major update that introduced photo enhancements taken from Snapseed, which Google acquired last September. Now, the app's new update complements those enhancements with new Google+ Photos features.
These features include a new Auto Enhance tool that, well, automatically enhances the appearance of your photos with a single tap. Also included are browsing of highlights and sharing of short animations and panoramas from your photos.
Google+ for iOS now also lets you upload a cover photo as well as edit more profile fields than previously possible.

Furthermore, the newly updated app features the following improvements:
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later, the new version of Google+ for iOS is available now in the App Store for free. Note that Hangouts has branched out into its very own app for messaging and video calls. For this reason, tapping the Hangouts option in Google+ for iOS just opens a screen that includes a link to download the Hangouts app for iOS. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
