Following Its iPhone Version, Write For iPad Gets Updated With iCloud Integration
July 2, 2013
Yesterday, I reported that the iPhone edition of Write for Dropbox has been renamed Write for iPhone. Today, I'm here to tell you that, not unexpectedly, the iPad edition of Write for Dropbox has been renamed Write for iPad.
As in the case of Write for iPhone, the name change in the case of Write for iPad is brought about by the addition of iCloud support as an alternative to Dropbox storage and syncing. And as in Write for iPhone, the ability to generate iCloud share links is now available in Write for iPad.
Write for iPad also features the following enhancements:
Write for iPad is available in the App Store for $1.99. The app is compatible with iPad running iOS 6.0 or later. Write for iPad was launched last May, three months after the release of its iPhone counterpart. Write for iPad and Write for iPhone support a neat feature called Device Sharing, which allows you to use one of your devices as a remote keyboard or remote clipboard for the app on the other device.
