Resume Designer Now Lets You Create, Edit And Share Resumes On An iPad

July 5, 2013
Resume Designer, the useful app which allows users to create, edit, and share resumes while on the go, has received an important update. Now, users of the application can enjoy accessing their virtual resumes using an iPad or iPad mini, making it even easier to perfect resumes on an iDevice. As you can see in the above image, Resume Designer 1.0.1 takes advantage of the additional screen real estate available on Apple's iPad, adopting a two-pane view in which a preview of your resume and editing options are displayed alongside one another. When it comes to checking a resume in more detail, however, users will find that documents are much easier to read on the iPad's larger screen. Besides support for the iPad, Resume Designer's update promises to fix a number of bugs, meaning the universal application should also perform better on the iPhone and iPod touch. As a reminder, in our hands-on review of Resume Designer we offered a lot of positive comments, noting that the application is "extremely easy to use" and should be considered by any iDevice owner presently hunting for a job. Resume Designer 1.0.1 is available to download in the App Store for $1.99, and thanks to its most recent update, the application is optimized for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
