SpiritClips From Hallmark Is A Different Kind Of Streaming Video Service

SpiritClips from Hallmark is one of the more unique streaming video services I've seen. To help differentiate it from the large number of other options available, SpiritClips features only curated, family-friendly content. Just like Netflix, the service is available online or through the newly updated iOS app.
With a promise to provide uplifting and inspiring entertainment, SpiritClips steers firmly away from any R-rated movie or any other video option that has excessive violence, language, or nudity.
Along with feel-good Hollywood classics like “Rudy,” “Big Fish,” and “Good Will Hunting,” there are also many options for kids. At least for my family, easily the biggest draw of the service is exclusive access to the feel-good Hallmark Hall of Fame movies.
And the video isn’t confined to just your PC or iOS device. The app fully supports AirPlay, and I was easily able to watch selections from the service on my Apple TV.
SpiritClips from Hallmark is a universal app designed for both the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini. It can be downloaded now in the App Store for free.
If you’re interested in taking a look at SpiritClips, you can signup for an account and get a free week of service. Subscriptions start at $4.99 per month or $35.99 for an annual membership. You can also gift an annual membership for just $23.39.
Overall, I’ve really been pleased with SpiritClips and its very easy to use iOS app. While it might not be for every streaming video fan, the family-friendly flicks, along with the exclusive content, makes it something you might want to check out.
