Tiny Thief, the second game published under the Rovio Stars banner, will be released in the App Store next week on Thursday, July 11.
Here’s a quick teaser trailer from the game unveiled last month. Click here if you can’t see the video.
Rovio has also provided a short description of the app, which was developed by Barcelona-based 5 Ants. The game will also arrive on the Mac and PC at an unknown date.
Tiny Thief is an addictive puzzle-solving, hidden-objects adventure. Set in a medieval fantasy world full of surprises, the game brings back the magic of point-and-click games with a distinctive visual style and oodles of humor.Just last month, the Angry Birds developer announced that it would publish third-party games under the Rovio Stars name. The first game, Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage, hit the App Store in late June. The physics-based puzzle game is an expanded version of the Icebreaker Flash game, and received generally positive reviews. If you want to check the game out, you can download it in the App Store now. Much like other Rovio titles, there are two separate versions for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini. Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage is $0.99 while the HD version will set you back $2.99.
