Coffitivity is a brand new iOS app that promises to bring the sounds of a coffee shop - espresso machine, milk steamer, and all - to an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Most of us will be familiar with the use of working inside a coffee shop. Besides the obvious benefits of having liquid caffeine "on tap," research indicates that ambient background noise - such as the sounds of a coffee shop - actually boosts creativity, and helps people complete work more efficiently. Based on this research, Coffitivity allows users to plug their earphones or headphones into their iDevice, and to listen to the ambient sounds of a coffee shop from anywhere.
