The wildly popular side-scrolling endless running game Jetpack Joyride has just received another update. This update brings quicker Quick Revives and rolling inventory enhancements. In Jetpack Joyride, a Quick Revive is a disposable item that can be activated immediately after death to give you another chance at commandeering experimental jetpacks. It has long been available to purchase in the in-game shop for 1,500 coins each. But now, a Quick Revive is already available to purchase, for the same number of coins, immediately after death right within a game. This lets you easily continue a particularly good game, even if you don't have any Quick Revives in your current stash. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. The latest update to Jetpack Joyride also delivers enhancements for the rolling inventory, which was introduced through the game's previous update. Now, it's easier to spot new and outgoing items, since new items are added every Friday and outgoing items are put on sale every Tuesday. The new version of Jetpack Joyride is available now in the App Store for free. The game is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.3 or later. Jetpack Joyride is developed by Halfbrick Studios, the same studio behind the popular produce-slicing game Fruit Ninja and the addictive aquatic skipping game Fish Out of Water, which got its first update just last week. Halfbrick also recently announced its upcoming title, the monstrous matching game Colossatron: Massive World Threat. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
