The Apple Store App Now Offers A Free Book Download

In a continuing push to market Apple’s Retail Stores, the Apple Store app is now featuring another free piece of content. Users can download the children’s book “Away in My Airplane” by Margaret Wise Brown directly from the app for no cost.

It's a perfect story to share with little ones and features enhanced read-aloud audio.According to 9to5Mac, the free download is designed for store employees to help discuss the iBooks app and iBookstore in general. Made for the iPhone/iPod touch, you can download the Apple Store app now for free. To find the book, choose a local store location from the Stores tab. The free book will be the first item down on the page. The offer expires on Wednesday, Aug. 28. It is only good for users in the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, France, and Sweden, according to 9to5Mac. Previously, users could download Color Zen for free via the app.
