Frontback Photo-Sharing App Gets More Social With User Profiles And Friend Finding
September 10, 2013
Frontback has just been issued its first major update.
Launched last July, Frontback is an aptly named photo-sharing app that lets you take a photo with your iDevice's back camera and another with the front camera and combine both photos in a single image. You can add a geotag and tag your friends before posting an image to the Frontback network and sharing it to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
With its first major update, Frontback has gained the following social features:
The new version of Frontback is available now in the App Store for free. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later. Previously, Frontback was updated with a sharing screen for writing text captions. Note that in Frontback, text captions are completely optional. After all, Frontback creator Fred della Faille maintains that in the app, more often than not, “Your face is the caption.” [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
