Orders For iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c Launch In The US Apple Online Store

September 20, 2013
Online orders for Apple's new iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c handsets have launched in the U.S. Apple Online Store. Orders for Apple's handsets became available internationally in Apple Online Stores on Friday, Sept. 20, at 12:01 a.m. local time. The news comes following several days of rumors concerning "constrained" iPhone 5s stock. That being said, in the U.S. Apple Online Store, at least, shipping estimates for the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c started at one to three business days. Internationally, however, estimates are worse. In the British Isles, for example, iPhone 5s handsets aren't expected to reach customers until Oct. 7, at the earliest. In store, both the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c will be available to purchase from 8 a.m. local time. But if you don't feel up to queuing, online orders for both handsets can be placed in the U.S. Apple Online Store right now.
