Pictured Handset User Guide Reveals 'Touch ID' Fingerprint Scanner For Apple's iPhone 5S

The image of Apple's user guide for its forthcoming iPhone 5S handset has surfaced online, which appears to reveal that the smartphone will indeed feature some kind of fingerprint scanning technology referred to by the Cupertino, Calif. company as "Touch ID."
As you can see in the above image (posted by Nowhereelse.fr), the iPhone 5S is pictured in the user guide running iOS 7, and as with Apple's previous iPod nano devices, it appears that stock wallpapers for the forthcoming smartphones could match up against the colors of individual handsets.
More importantly, however, the user guide pictured above clearly references a fingerprint scanner apparently built into the iDevice's Home button, called Touch ID.
As a reminder, rumors concerning such technology have been circulating online for some time, most recently culminating with a report from The Wall Street Journal arguing that the selling-point of Apple's mid-term iPhone 5S upgrade will indeed be a fingerprint scanning Home button.
It is thought that this fingerprint scanner will allow users to easily unlock their iDevice, and that the technology will be more accurate than previous instances due to its ability to take multiple scans over a relatively short period of time.
