October 23, 2013
Amazon didn’t waste any time. Just hours after Apple unveiled the iPad Air, the Kindle maker has a new message on its homepage. In a new ad for the Kindle Fire HDX are the words “Lighter than Air.” The Kindle Fire HDX, which launched earlier this month, weighs 0.82 pounds. This compares to the 1 pound for the iPad Air.
