Kdan Mobile's PDF Reader And PDF Connoisseur Apps Updated For iOS 7
October 7, 2013
Kdan Mobile has just added a number of improvements to its popular PDF file management apps for iOS, PDF Reader and PDF Connoisseur.
Unsurprisingly, many of these improvements have to do with the latest iteration of Apple's mobile operating system, which was released nearly three weeks ago.
First and foremost, the new versions of PDF Reader and PDF Connoisseur are now fully compatible with iOS 7, with new iOS 7-inspired visual designs to boot. They are now also equipped with AirDrop, an iOS 7-only feature that enables you to share files with other users nearby.
Enhanced cropping in Scanner, a flow change for the "Open in" feature (saves your "Open in" in root folder instead of Inbox), and automatic disabling of Wi-Fi when the app runs in the background are also included in the latest updates to PDF Reader and PDF Connoisseur. And then there are the bug fixes, of course.
In addition, PDF Connoisseur has been updated with an enhanced pause function that lets you start where you left it off.
PDF Reader - iPhone Premium Edition and PDF Reader - iPad Premium Edition are available in the App Store for $2.99 and $4.99, while PDF Connoisseur for iPhone and PDF Connoisseur for iPad are available in the App Store for $9.99 each. All of them are optimized for iDevices running iOS 5.0 or later.
PDF Reader is included in AppAdvice's PDF Readers for iPad AppGuide, while PDF Connoisseur is included in AppAdvice's PDF Annotation Apps AppGuide.
