Popular Drawing App Tayasui Sketches Goes Universal For iPhone And iPod Touch
Tayasui Sketches, the highly-rated drawing app from the same developer behind the numerous Carl and Gugl apps on iOS, has just gone universal.
Tayasui Sketches was released early last June as an app that’s compatible with iPad and iPad mini only. But now, thanks to its 3.0 update, the app has been made compatible with iPhone and iPod touch as well.
As expected, Tayasui Sketches for iPhone and iPod touch boasts the same ease of use offered by the app’s original iPad edition. But the features of the original have been properly optimized for iPhone and iPod touch, as opposed to having been haphazardly shrunk to fit either of those iOS devices’ smaller screen.

In comparison, Tayasui Sketches for iPad provides those plus the following: brush pen, pastel, and filling tool.
In addition, Tayasui Sketches for iPad offers a $3.99 in-app purchase that unlocks a pro toolbox containing: extra brush tips and sizes, tools for acrylic painting and airbrush for soft textures, eyedropper color picker, and a blending mode to mix colors naturally.
