Apple Is Offering Special Financial Options In European Stores Through Jan. 10

December 2, 2013
Apple is now offering zero percent financing on any purchase above £449 (or €400) through Jan. 10. The promotion is available through most of Apple’s European sites, including the United Kingdom, France, and Spain. Under the heading, “Spread the cost with 0% financing,” the campaign allows customers to pay in monthly installments with no interest. To take advantage of the deal, you’re asked to choose “Financing” at checkout. Of course, the devil is in the details. In France and Spain, the repayment window is 12 months. In the U.K., customers have 10 months before interest is added to the total. The special financing is on hardware only. However, software may also be included when coupled with a hardware purchase. Apple offers other financing options, but only the 10 or 12 month plans are good for zero percent interest.
