Achvr Bucket List App Gains New Versus Mode, Lets You Transfer Your Schemer Data

Have you achieved a few of your goals in the first couple of weeks of the new year? Well, either way, Achvr can help you achieve more.
Late last month, just before the year that was came to a close, Achvr received a major update that introduced missions and an activity feed, among other enhancements. Now, the simple goal-setting and bucket list app has been updated with a new feature called versus mode.
Essentially, Achvr's new versus mode lets you compare or collaborate with your friends. "Compare your progress with your friends and see how you stack up," suggests the Achvr team. "Or if collaboration is more your thing, check out all your common goals and achieve together!"

The new version of Achvr is available now in the App Store for free. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 7.0 or later.
A week ago, Google announced that it would be shutting down its very own bucket list app, Schemer, on Feb. 7, 2014. If you're a Scheme user and you wish to switch to Achvr, you're in luck.
The Acvhr team is offering a way to transfer your "schemes" from Schemer. Note, though, that this way involves manually sending your Schemer data to the Achvr team. So, if you're not comfortable with that setup, there appears to be no alternative for importing your schemes to Achvr.
But if you are, then just download your data from Schemer, sign up for an Achvr account via Achvr's app or website, and send an email to AchieveYourSchemes@achvr.co with your downloaded Schemer file attached. The Achvr team will then upload your data and associate it with your account.
