Apple Introduces iOS 7.1 Beta 3 To Developers

Almost a month after the last release, Apple has just seeded the next beta version of iOS 7.1 to developers. Beta 3 is available as an over-the-air update or through Apple’s Developer Center site. First arriving back in November, iOS 7.1 beta 1 brought a variety of changes:
iOS 7.1 features a new dialog in Notification Center when cleared. The Yahoo logo that appeared in Settings in iOS 7.04 is now also shown in Notification Center, and the native Weather and Stocks app.
A report late last month said it could be March before the software is officially released to the public. The holdup seems to be the launch of the new iOS in the Car feature. Now that the update has been downloaded, we have heard of a few changes. Along with some small changes to the keyboard and Phone UI, the biggest improvement in the new beta version seems to be a new Power Off UI, which is pictured below.
