Mophie’s new Space Pack case for the iPhone 5/5s does a lot more than just double the battery life of your handset. Unveiled at CES, the product also features 16 or 32GB of built-in storage to hold more documents, photos, videos, and music.
Users will be able to access content stored in the case via the aptly named, and free, Space app. All files can be managed without any type of network access.
And to help keep your iPhone powered up, the case also offers a 1,700 mAH battery.
Here’s a quick video about the Space Pack. Click here if you can’t see it.
The case looks very similar to the Juice Pack, which I named as one of my favorite iPhone accessories to gift during the holiday season.
Available for preorder now on Mophie’s site, the Space Pack will ship to buyers in mid-March. The 16GB version is $149.95 while the 32GB pack will set you back $179.95.
As someone who is always in need of more space on my iPhone 5, I think the Space Pack looks like a spectacular idea. I suspect Mophie has yet another hit on its hands.
