Take Back What Is Rightfully Yours By Drawing Lines In Bulkypix's Line Knight Fortix

January 10, 2014
Remember Qix, the 1981 line-drawing arcade gaming cult classic? Better yet, do you remember liking Qix? If your answer is yes on both counts, then you might want to check out Line Knight Fortix. In Line Knight Fortix, you control the bold line knight Fortix as he tries to reclaim his homelands from the tyranny of the evil sorcerer Xitrof. To do so, you have to perform some strategic line-drawing:
Line Knight Fortix's gameplay is about moving Sir Fortix with your fingertips in four directions. Each move makes him draw a line that follows him and each time you cross your own path, you conquer the part of the map. Whatever is caught inside is yours: territory, power-ups, canons... and monsters are also killed in the process! But beware: if an ennemy creature or fire crosses your line, you'll die!
If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. Line Knight Fortix features 45 levels through three different environments. We'll have a full review of the game later here on AppAdvice. In the meantime, you can go ahead and download Line Knight Fortix in the App Store for $0.99. It's compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.3 or later.
