Pop-Up Game Tengami Set To Launch In The App Store This Thursday
Tengami is an iOS game we’ve been looking forward to seeing for some time, partly because we know so little about the title. After suffering delay after delay, we’re now hearing that the anticipated application is en route to the App Store and should be available later this week for $4.99.
We had previously heard that Tengami would “definitely” launch for iOS in 2013, before the developer – Nyamyam – made the difficult decision to postpone the game until early 2014. Though we’d subsequently been told that Tengami was scheduled for release in January, as TouchArcade explains, Nyamyam has now assured iOS device users that the title will launch this coming Thursday.
But what can we expect from the title? Though little save for a handful of trailers has surfaced online, we do know that Tengami is a “pop-up” adventure game set in a vivid, surreal world. The app’s minimalistic graphical style, in particular, has had iOS device users excited since we first heard of the application.

Once available, Tengami will be a universal application optimized for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, and as mentioned, it’ll carry a price tag of $4.99.
We’ll let you know once it makes an appearance in the App Store.
