Rovio Announces Angry Birds Stella As Next Title In Its Hugely Popular Franchise

Yesterday, amid all the hullabaloo over the flight and fall of Flappy Bird, Rovio teased a new Angry Birds title featuring new birds. Now, the Finnish entertainment company has revealed what that title is, and it's called Angry Birds Stella.
Angry Birds Stella, of course, stars Stella, the pink and bubble bird who was introduced in the Back of School episode of Angry Birds Seasons in August 2012. She has since appeared in the original Angry Birds game and in Angry Birds Star Wars as the bird version of Princess Leia.
And soon, she's going to be featured in Angry Birds Stella along with her friends. Rovio is rather vague about the details of the title, but it asserts that Angry Birds Stella will offer something new:
Get ready for something new in the Angry Birds universe! Meet Stella and her friends, a group of feisty characters with a shared love for fun, adventure and creativity. The story of Stella swings the fans to parts of the Angry Birds world we've never seen before.
