Eventbrite Updates At The Door Box Office App For iPad With iOS 7 Design And More
March 25, 2014
At The Door, the official iPad-optimized box office app of the popular Eventbrite online event registration platform, has just been updated and redesigned for iOS 7.
At The Door lets you sell tickets, merchandise, and more right, as it name suggests, at the door of your event. With the app, your event attendees and customers can easily pay by cash or credit card.
The latest update to At The Door introduces a revamped design that's in line with the simplicity and flatness of iOS 7. Perhaps more importantly, the update delivers the following enhancements, including reserved seating details and a neat Kiosk mode:
Compatible with iPad and iPad mini running iOS 7.0 or later, the new version of At The Door is available now in the App Store for free. [gallery link="file" order="DESC"]
- Reserved seating details are now shown on the order confirmation popup and printed ticket
- Support for Kiosk mode, which hides the main sidebar and disables cash as a payment option (configurable in the Settings app)
- Replaced selection tray of ticket types with a permanent list of ticket types in the cart. Tapping the Clear button sets all ticket quantities back to 0 instead of removing them from the cart.
- Updated the printed barcode to make fonts larger, move the QR code to the left, and show the ticket type + reserved seating information on the right
- Other performance improvements
