As reported last week, Medium has released its official iOS app in the App Store. Indeed, the emergent and divergent blogging platform launched by Twitter and Blogger cofounder Ev Williams in 2012 now has its very first mobile app on iOS. But as previously pointed out, the app initially supports reading content posted on Medium only, without the ability to publish content to Medium. We'll have a full review of Medium later here on AppAdvice. In the meantime, here's what you can expect from the newly released app from the platform focused on long-form writing about “ideas” and “stories”:

- Sign in with your Twitter account, then swipe through your personalized Reading List, custom-tailored to your interests based on past reading, recommendations, and favorite authors.
- Bookmark, recommend, and share your favorite stories.
